What does your role look like?
– As CEO, I am responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of OCS. Together with our management team, we steer the company in line with our business plan, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success. A key part of my role is maintaining close communication with our owner and the board of directors, keeping them informed on company progress and strategic initiatives.
What are the key skills in your role?
– The most important skill is leading with and through people. At OCS, we don’t just see ourselves as managers—we are leaders who collaborate, support, and inspire. Success is never achieved alone; it’s the result of teamwork and shared ambition.
