What does your role look like?
– As CEO, I am responsible for the ongoing management and coordination of our business. Together with our strategic management team we lead the company in line with our business plan and continuously keep the board informed about the development of the company's operations.
What are the key skills in your role?
- The most important thing is to lead the company together with our employees. At OCS, we do not see ourselves as managers but as leaders - we succeed together.

– When we together exceed our goals while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
