Sales Engineer
Are you our next Sales Engineer?
As a Sales Engineer at OCS, you will play a key role in the OCS sales team. Developing optimized customer specific layouts based on our unique modular conveyor systems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that solve the customer and industry specific requirements. This role offers a diverse daily workload, with a focus on sales, CAD layouts, cost estimations based on site visits and incoming enquiries. A significant focus is placed on developing and maintaining positive and professional within the sales team and towards the customers. You will be part of the sales team and report to Sales Manager together with other sales engineers.
The location for this role is at our head office in Borås.

What will you do?
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Analyzing requests and drawings together with the sales team to create 2D/3D layouts and prepare cost estimates.
• Develop cost calculations and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure estimates align with project requirements and goals.
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities in projects together with Sales Manager.
• Participate in meetings with customers to discuss layout proposals and technical details.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe you have:
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience/knowledge in automation and/or production flows.
• Proficient in Excel, AutoCad and Inventor.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical with an eye for details.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English. Other European languages is a plus.
• Experience working in project teams, bid teams, or a sales organization is a merit.
• Experience within Lean Six Sigma is a merit.
